We cordially invite and welcome you to the International Conference on Transdisciplinary & Innovative Research in Science” (ICTIRS - 2020), organized jointly by Department of Zoology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Mathematics & Computer Science of Thiruvalluvar University during February 26 - 28, 2020 at Vellore, Tamilnadu, India. The conference is expected to inspire the Academicians, Researchers, Medical Professionals, Scientists, Corporates and Government Administrators to exchange their view points on contemporary trends in Transdisciplinary & Innovative Research in Science.
Thiruvalluvar University with the vision to excel in all spheres of its action was established on 16.10.2002 by the Act 32 of 2002 of Government of Tamilnadu. The University functions at Vellore and 128 Colleges of four districts of Tamilnadu viz, Vellore, Thiruvannamalai, Villupuram and Cuddalore are affiliated to Thiruvalluvar University and 1.4 lakh of students are pursuing their studies. The main objective of our University is to impart higher education and research for the advancement of knowledge with a broad focus on social and economic upliftment of the society.
Vellore a district capital in Tamilnadu, is well known for its stately fort and temple. Vellore, the fort city of Tamilnadu is located on the National Highway of Chennai to Bangalore. It is well connected by rail and road network with just 130km from Chennai and 210km away from Bangalore. The nearest important places include Tirupathi (140km), Yelagiri (76km) and Tiruvannamalai (80km). Vellore’s history records to several dynasties and powers. Vellore has set the spark for first war of independence in 1806.
The twenty or more palaces and forts in the district reflect ancient styles and traditions. The most stricking of these is the famous Vellore fort, built in the 16th century by Chinna Bommi Nayak of Vijayanagar empire’s. The Jalakandeswarar Temple inside the fort is an imposing example of Vijiyanagar empire’s architecture. During the month of February Vellore has a pleasant weather with a maximum day temperature at 30ºC.
International Conference on Transdisciplinary & Innovative Research in Science seeks to integrate the insights from multiple disciplines in order to generate a superior understanding of today’s most challenging problems. Transdisciplinary approach is a novelty that will reinvent higher education. Innovative research is an inevitable characteristic to preserve and improve our world’s standard of living. It is only by being innovative that we will address the major areas of unmet need in research development. The horizons of science and technologies becoming increasingly advantageous to the planet to seek out a typical platform. By giving researchers the opportunity to bridge disciplines, new connections are forged and important contributions are made to the world of research innovation and beyond. Researchers are able to combine multiple disciplines and pursue different ways of thinking about the same problem or subject. It’s a revolutionary way of learning that encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration, enables researchers to develop critical thinking skills and presents many “real world” opportunities for growth.
Addressing to the global contexts which require rich collaborations, the conference programme aims to organize three days of innovative and interactive sessions of scientific communities. Each day will starts and ends with plenary talks and panels, creating a community of engaged conference participants. Sessions will consist of roundtable discussions, solution room to questions, workshops, poster presentations and other formats figuring on the programme enabling not only senior scholars but also early career academics as well as students and professionals from outside the academy to contribute.
We invite contributions from attendees in all categories from diverse fields, countries and research or educational cultures, addressing different aspects of the conference theme. The programme supports innovative scientific concepts that will encourage audience involvement and lively discussions. The conference will encompass all avenues of fields of science and technology by throwing light on the positive and inadvertent impact of modern technologies on society.
